Summer Camp : Basic thru Advanced

Beginners learn and master a fundamental escape and attack technique from every position; Intermediate thru advance refine basics and learn more advanced traps and submissions. Camp is daily 8:30am-3pm ;early drop off available 7:30am, late pickup if needed until evening classes.

About the event
Camp will be all day. Drop off can be as early as 7:30am; class does not start until 8:30am. Kids will have an 2hour lunch from 11am-1pm. Please bring lunches everyday. Games will be provided(old school board games and card games, no electronics). They can have phone to contacts parents but not to play on during breaks. There is a fridge and microwave if needed. Fruits and water will be supplied during breaks every hour by the academy. This is a week long course and ends at 3pm daily. Kids can sit and wait for ride if needed as I will not leave gym until after 5:30pm daily. If delayed pick up please inform Shawn. This is open to friends wanting to try something new.
