DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN'S CLASSES?

Yes, we have a large and thriving children's program. Our focus is on self-defense, sound technique, confidence and sportsmanship.

The class minimum age is 6 years old, dependent on the child's listening and focusing level.

Based on experience and size, teens 13 - 14 can choose to transition to the adult class.

WHAT IF I HAVE PREVIOUS INJURIES THAT AFFECT ME?

We will work with you to modify the techniques as needed and still be effective. We emphasize that everyone work at their own pace and abilities.

WILL I GET HURT?

Safety is our number one priority and every measure is taken to prevent injury. However, as with all athletic endeavors and hand to hand training in particular, injuries can and do happen. They are generally minor, such as bruises or strains. Knowing your abilities and limits, and communicating those with the staff and your training partners will go far to prevent serious injury.

WHAT IS THE PRICE?

Our goal is to make self defense training accessible to as many people as possible, which is why you will not find a better rate anywhere!

We do not require contracts, it is all month to month with a 30 day cancellation.

Come in and see us to discuss specific pricing.
